Description & Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with application teams to continuously enhance the technical architecture of enterprise systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security through impact assessments, solution design, and performance monitoring;
- Lead end-to-end application project management, encompassing requirements gathering, business analysis, vendor and product evaluation, implementation, and progress reporting;
- Oversee the maintenance, upgrades, and performance optimization of core business systems;
- Drive and manage the organization’s digital transformation initiatives, aligning technology strategies with business goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline;
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in the IT industry;
- Proven track record in managing system applications and leading digital transformation efforts;
- In-depth technical expertise in application development and architecture, cloud platforms, cybersecurity fundamentals, artificial intelligence, data analytics, and modern digital tools;
- Practical experience with technologies including C#, Java, Microsoft O365, microservices architecture, event-driven or cloud-native systems, container platforms (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker), API frameworks (e.g., Swagger, OpenAPI), and various storage solutions (e.g., SQL, NoSQL like MongoDB, Redis). Familiarity with scalable networking components (e.g., load balancers, firewalls) and web standards (e.g., REST APIs, security protocols);
- Strong in managing projects, solving problems, leading teams, working with vendors, and adapting to new technology—always focused on improving the user experience.
